The majority of our products are custom-made, including realistic dolls, which means they are tailored to specific customer requirements and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Additional items like acrylic display cases are also tailored in order to fit the product’s dimensions. Therefore, exchanging them would necessitate creating a new custom-made doll, which may involve additional shipping and labor costs.

If you encounter any issues regarding missing components, please do not hesitate to contact us. Repair costs will depend on the extent of damage to the figurine doll, and any shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Maintenance Tips

Accompanying each custom-made doll, we provide maintenance instructions for your reference, please handle your figurine doll with extra care. Contrary to common belief, polymer clay is not as fragile as one might think. For basic detachment issues, using strong adhesive (such as super glue) is often sufficient for reattachment.
