走過七年，我們發現每一段故事都有其獨特的個性。2026 年，Crew Playroom 突破單一材質的限制，正式確立「全材質導航」體系。
Journeying through these seven years, we discovered that every narrative holds its own distinct soul. In 2026, Crew Playroom breaks free from single-material limits, officially establishing the "Full-Material Navigation" matrix.

選擇的增加，更是工藝的徹底進化。從經典彩陶的厚實到懷舊化骨綿的溫潤，我們確保每一段人生旅程，都能找到最契合的著陸方式。
An expansion of choices marks a profound evolution in craftsmanship. From the substantial weight of classic polychrome pottery to the gentle warmth of nostalgic sculpted clay, we ensure every remarkable flight of life finds its most perfect touchdown.

新標誌：藏在字母裡的雙手。 The New Logo: Hands Hidden Within the Letters.

DESIGNER // CHERRIE FUNG

品牌新標誌利用 代表活力、年輕、和創新的橙紅色調為主色 。文字以禮盒形狀及蝴蝶結完整呈現品牌名字，特別是中間”R”、”E”兩個字母組合成的手掌形狀，象徵品牌一直堅持以純手工為創作中心，盡心盡力為每一位顧客帶來溫暖和有朝氣的祝福。
The brand's new logo utilizes a vibrant, youthful, and innovative orange-red tone as its core color. The typography seamlessly forms the brand name using the silhouette of a gift box and ribbon—notably, the hands shaped by the letters "R" and "E" symbolize our unwavering commitment to handcrafting, dedicated to delivering warmth and uplifting blessings to every customer.

作為創辦人，整個品牌就是我的代表作。說來我的要求也不容易處理，這次與 Cherrie 共同設計的新標誌，被我改了足足三個月才完成，原因只想把每個細節都顯出意義。坦白承認我們不能令 100% 顧客滿意，但也至少在能力範圍內為顧客帶來貼心的體驗。
As the founder, this entire brand is my magnum opus. To be frank, my standards are never easy to satisfy; this new logo co-designed with Cherrie took three full months of endless revisions simply because I wanted every single detail to hold profound meaning. We openly admit we cannot satisfy 100% of customers, but we strive with all our might to offer the most thoughtful experience within our hands.

從一個人，到一隊 Crew。

「您說我『貴』嗎？我說我『值』吧。」

成立一年多，我們從一人工作室轉化為團體協作。現在，我們的「Crew」包含設計師、工藝師與推廣團隊。營運開支提升了，但也代表我們能花更多精神去了解顧客心意，換來的是客戶願意花費時間撰寫的滿分好評。

至今成立一年多了，網頁亦開立一年了；Crew Figures一步一步走過來。
沒有舖天蓋地的宣傳，只有偶爾在社交平台賣賣廣告。
沒有豐厚背景撐腰，只有友好藝人和親朋戚友鼎力支持。
沒有大部分人認識，只有一眾回頭購買3D人像公仔及推薦身邊人的好顧客。

一年前，「客製化」是顧客提供照片，我們按照片造3D人像公仔；
一年後，「升級客製化」是顧客提出想法，設計師鑽研理想效果。
一年前，遇上疑難，技巧生疏、錯漏百出；
一年後，早早預料問題，顧客提出疑問前已經解答。
一年前，一人工作；
一年後，一個團體共同合作。
一年前，人手不足，工作量多不勝負苛，整體顧客滿意度一般；
一年後，營運開支提升，Q版人像價格提升，花更多精神時間了解顧客心意，顧客滿意度相當高。

精細手藝、澎湃創意、專業客服、貼心溝通、完美作品…
不需誇大其詞，以上的並不擁有。
Crew Figures擁有「盡善盡美，用心聆聽」精神：
努力了解顧客需要，盡力在任何一個地方幫得上忙；
了解過、體驗過、購買過的便懂。

萬分抱歉，Crew Figures仍然不完美；
因為進步的空間，永遠是最大的空間。

因為淋過雨，所以想為別人撐傘。 Having walked through the rain, I want to hold an umbrella for others.

「現實與網絡上有千萬種商店，我們找到對方是一種緣份。」
"Among millions of stores online and offline, it is pure serendipity that we found each other."

隨著網購普及，我也曾是一名受過傷的顧客。那次不愉快的經歷——店家的冷淡、問一句答一句的態度，讓我決定：如果自己開店，一定要用心做服務，理解客人的憂慮。
As online shopping boomed, I too was once a disappointed customer. That unpleasant experience—the seller's coldness and transactional communication—made me vow that if I ever started my own business, customer care and empathy would always come first.

Crew Playroom 就這樣在 2018 年 12 月起飛了。初期只有我一個人，還有兩隻經常在工作時搗蛋的小貓。我堅持每一份訂單都要「盡善盡美，用心聆聽」，因為我深信每一份禮物背後，都有一個獨特的人生故事。
And so, Crew Playroom took off in December 2018. In the beginning, it was just a one-woman show, accompanied by two mischievous cats who loved disrupting my desk. I insisted on listening intently to every single order, firmly believing that behind every gift lies a unique life story.

簡單一句「喜歡」、「滿意」，就是我堅持至今的原動力。謝謝支持我的家人、朋友，以及每一位曾與我們相遇的你。
A simple word of "I love it" or "Thank you" has been the driving force keeping me going. My deepest gratitude goes to my family, my friends, and every single soul who crossed paths with us.
