Please read the following terms carefully before embarking on your customization journey. Placing an order constitutes full understanding and agreement to all production terms.
訂單取消與退款 Order Cancellation & Refunds
購買前請先閱讀 購買須知。個人化商品之訂單一經確認後，恕不能更改或取消，過程中亦不接受以任何理由退單或退款。
如客戶已與本公司就有關製作時間達成共識，即代表同意並明白相關製作所需之時間。若於訂製或修改過程中，雙方對手工藝美感標準或改動範圍經溝通後仍無法達成共識，CREW FIGURES 保留絕對權力單方面終止合約並安排全額退款，退款後雙方回復至交易前狀態，本司不承擔因合約終止而衍生之任何間接損失。
Please review our Shopping Notice before purchasing. Once an order for a personalized/custom-made product is confirmed, cancellations or refunds for any reason will not be accepted.
If both parties fail to reach a mutual consensus regarding aesthetic standards or scope alterations during design or modification phases, CREW FIGURES reserves the ultimate right to unilaterally terminate the contract and issue a full refund. Upon refund, the agreement is cancelled, and we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from such termination.
修改與行政費用 Modifications & Fees
確認訂單後，任何未經說明的細節均不能無條件修改。更改訂單資料將產生額外行政費及手工費。確認定型後將進入後製階段，不可作任何修改。
本公司將不會承擔任何因此而產生的相關責任。如因應客戶提出額外修改要求而導致製作時間延誤，從而產生的一切延期損失，本公司一概不負責任。
Changing specifications post-confirmation will incur administrative and manual craftsmanship fees. No subsequent modifications are permitted after the final confirmation process.
CREW FIGURES shall not be held liable for any delivery delays or associated commercial/personal losses resulting from additional modification rounds requested by the customer.
作品保養與維修 Product Care & Repairs
關於材質：彩陶（Polymer Clay）並非玻璃或陶瓷，具備良好的韌性與永久保存特性，請愛惜使用。作品均為全手工掐製及調色，微小手工痕跡與色差屬正常手工現象。
如因個人原因（如摔落、不當施力）導致損壞，需視乎損毀情況酌情收取小額修理費用，且來回運費需由顧客全額承擔。
About Materials: Polymer clay is durable and designed for lifelong preservation. All pieces are uniquely handmade; minor variations and artisanal marks are inherent characteristics of craftsmanship.
For damages caused by personal handling, a nominal repair fee may apply depending on the condition, and all shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
售後與法律聲明 After-Sales & Legal Disclaimer
如商品項目或數量與訂單不符，請於簽收後盡快聯絡 CREW FIGURES 客戶服務部。如交收選擇物流配送，第三方物流所導致的任何損毀、遺失或延誤，本司恕不承擔相關法律責任。
如有任何爭議，CREW FIGURES 將保留最終決定權，並保留隨時修改以上條款而毋須另行通知的權利。
If items do not match your order, contact our CS team immediately upon receipt. Our company is not held liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party logistics companies.
In case of any dispute, CREW FIGURES reserves the right of final decision and the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
