2018年12月，創辦人離開了天空，卻沒有離開「飛行」。
In December 2018, our founder left the skies, but she never truly left the world of aviation.

從前在港龍航空，她服務的是乘客的旅途；現在在地面，我們服務的是人們的回憶。
Previously at Dragonair, she served passengers along their journeys; today on the ground, we serve the memories that people cherish.

那年，送了第一批 mini-me 公仔給即將各奔前程的空服同事。那些小小的彩陶人像，承載著大大的飛行祝福——這一份「散水紀念」，現已成為今天數千人信任的品牌起點。
That year, the very first batch of mini-me figurines was gifted to cabin crew colleagues who were about to embark on separate paths. Those tiny polymer clay figures carried grand aviation blessings—a farewell token that has now blossomed into the brand launchpad trusted by thousands today.

在 3 萬英尺的高空服務時，我學會了如何觀察人的需要；在地面創立 Crew Figures 後，我學會了如何守護人的回憶。
Serving at 30,000 feet taught me how to perceive human needs. Founding Crew Figures on the ground taught me how to safeguard cherished memories.

每一尊公仔，都是由我親手製作或深度參與。這七年來，我們不只是在做工藝，而是在為每一段值得紀念的旅程，準備一份最體面的著陸祝福。
Every single figurine is handcrafted or deeply touched by me. For the past seven years, we haven't just been creating crafts — we've been preparing a proper and heartwarming touchdown blessing for every unforgettable flight of life.
