• 作品均以人手掐製、工藝加工、手調色彩或數位技術製作，少少瑕疵與微小手工或生產痕跡實屬正常，無法保證與參考照片 100% 相同。我們無法完全符合所有主觀完美主義之要求，請於下單前三思。

03 / 定稿確認與交付免責聲明 | Final Approval & Delivery Disclaimer
• 作品初樣完成後會先拍照片供顧客確認。顧客可於此階段要求不同角度的照片，經確認或進入不可逆之最終製作工序後，作品將不接受任何形式之取消、退款或後續修改。

• 時間、延誤與急單限制聲明：每次修改天數最少為一天起，作品最終交貨日會因修改次數而動態遞增。顧客同意本公司不承擔因修改而產生之時間延誤與相關損失責任。此外，急單之修改安排須視乎實際製作進度而定；若交期極為緊迫，本司保留拒絕修改之權利，作品將直接進入最終工序並寄出。

04 / 法律、隱私與合約終止 | Legal, Privacy & Termination
• 雙方未能達成共識之終止條款（Lack of Consensus）： 在訂製及修改過程中，若雙方對手工藝/美感標準、超出原定範圍之改動收費或交貨時間可行性經溝通後依然無法達成共識，CREW FIGURES 保留絕對權力單方面終止合約並安排全額退款。

• 回復原狀與隱私銷毀（Restitution & Privacy Destruction）： 退款完成後雙方回復至交易前狀態，本司不承擔因合約終止而衍生之任何直接或間接損失。隨後，顧客提供之所有相片、設計概念與未完成品，本公司將在系統中全數永久銷毀，亦絕不作任何宣傳或商業用途，以保障顧客隱私與知識產權。

Following cancellation, all reference photos, concepts, and uncompleted works provided by the customer will be permanently deleted from our systems, and will never be used for any future marketing or commercial displays.
