Founded by Nana Kwong, a former Dragonair flight attendant. Crew Figures is well-known for its handmade figurines. Media inquiries and collaboration proposals are welcome as we aim to promote the culture of handmade gifts. Our custom-made figurines can be preserved permanently, making them special practical gifts.

Crew Figures was established on 18 December 2018 and gained fame for its creative handmade figurines.

Crew Figures has been interviewed by various Hong Kong media outlets, and Nana has even shared her business philosophy on ViuTV’s program “Entrepreneur Advisor” on Channel 99 in 2021. Crew Figures has also collaborated with different industries, for example partnering with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University to share the theories of  custom-made figurines for students, showcasing our creative handmade figurines as practical gifts!

From the Founder:

As the founder, I consider the entire brand to be my masterpiece as well as my baby, and I ensure that every aspect is meticulously attended to. The process of designing our new logo in collaboration with Cherrie took us three months, as I would like every detail to hold significance. We understand that we may not be able to please everyone, but our goal is to provide a heartfelt experience to as many customers as possible within our capabilities.

We acknowledge that we faced difficulties and made mistakes in the early stages, but we have learned from those experiences. Today, we anticipate potential issues and proactively provide answers to customer inquiries before they are even raised.
Before 2019, there was always a one-person operation, but we have expanded our team, including designers, craftsmen, marketing experts, and delivery personnel, who work together as a cohesive crew. Before any crew was formed, we were short-handed and overwhelmed by the workload, achieving only average customer satisfaction. With increased operational expenses and higher prices for custom-made dolls, we invest more time and effort in the communication process of understanding customer preferences, resulting in significantly higher customer satisfaction with our unique and creative handmade figurines.
While we may not possess all the qualities of perfection, Crew Figures embodies the spirit of “striving for perfection and attentive listening.” We genuinely strive to understand our customers’ needs for practical gifts and go above and beyond to assist them. We believe in fostering a deep connection with our customers and ensuring their experience with us is nothing short of exceptional.
We recognize that we are not yet perfect, as there is always room for improvement and growth. You may find our products to be described as “expensive,” but we firmly believe they are “worth it” in terms of the value they hold and the emotions they evoke.

We believe that everyone has their unique story, and each story is worth cherishing. Our team put in utmost effort and creativity to create personalized and practical gifts for everyone, and Nana insists on supervising every order by herself.
