Like many others, the founder, Nana Kwong was introduced to online shopping and encountered various experiences ever since the blooming cyber trend. However, one particular negative purchase experience encounter catalyzed her venture to start the business.
‘While I was looking for personalized gifts for my ex-colleague buddies for my resignation as a flight attendant, I stumbled upon an online store and the captivating photos on their website intrigued me.’  She followed the social media account of the store and observed their posts and updates for over a month. When it was time to place an order, she timidly asked about the price. However, the shop owner’s interactions lacked the patience and warmth she expected based on their product descriptions. ‘The experience of buying these small gifts left me feeling disappointed and reluctant to return.’
Nana decided to start her own online shop after the incident by chance. ‘It was precisely because of a previous unpleasant online shopping experience that I told myself to provide dedicated service that I learned from cabin crew training, to understand customers’ concerns, and to try my best to solve problems within my capabilities.’ Crew Figures firmly believe that every person is unique and has their own story. In the vast world of reality and the internet, it is fate that we are able to find each other.
Every time when Crew Figures completes an order, of creating handmade figurines, our team is deeply moved. There are still many people who want to bring a smile to their beloved ones through a small personalized gift in this fast-paced era. A simple “thanks”, “appreciated”, “love it” are all the driving force that motivates us to continue serving our customers.
As we started writing the website, we tried to showcase all the neccesary information that customers would like to know before they ask us, hoping to make the shopping experience clearer for every visitor and convey our store’s philosophy with small gifts.

The brand name cleverly takes the shape of a gift box with a bow, emphasizing our commitment to handcrafted excellence and our dedication to bringing warmth and vitality to each customer.

I would like to express my gratitude to everyone around me: my supportive family, friends who have enthusiastically recommended us, and even the two mischievous little cats who often disrupt my work. Without all of you, there would be no Crew Figures.
